There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to find Ease Lending & the Steller Lending team. They truly know how to work magic in lending world, and I could not recommend them enough. Being a first time home buyer, this process definitely wasn't easy to figure out but this group completely changed my mind and made me so comfortable and knowledgeable throughout everything. Originally I was working with a different broker, who wasn't able to get me a loan because of HOA issues. This team came to my rescue and worked day and night to secure me a loan and get me into my dream starter home. Not only were they able to secure the loan, they did it in what seemed like record breaking speed and at a lower interest rate! They received my information on 6/29 and we closed on the home by 7/6. I was shocked and so grateful. They really took the time to listen to my situation, hear all my concerns, walked me through every step of the process to make sure I knew what was happening and was comfortable moving forward, and continued to stay in touch after the papers were signed. They gave me unbiased information so I could confidently make the best decisions, and were available anytime I had more questions. Even though I knew this was a smaller loan amount in the grand scheme of home buying, they never made me feel like I didn't matter or wasn't important to them. You could tell they knew what they were doing, and truly had the best interest of their clients in mind. I absolutely plan on working with this team again in the future, and would recommend to everyone I know to do the same!
